From a message to a live update

No complicated screens. No formatting. No “please contact your developer.” Here's exactly what happens when you ask Paige for a change.

You tell Paige what you need

Open a chat and describe the change in your own words: “we're closed next Monday”, “add our new pasta special”, “update the phone number”. No special format required.

Paige drafts the change

Paige finds the right part of your website and prepares the update, while leaving everything else exactly as it was.

You review before anything goes live

You see what's there now and what it becomes, side by side, in plain language. Not right? Just say so, and Paige adjusts it and shows you again. Nothing is saved until you click Approve.

You click Publish

Approving saves the change to a preview version only you can see. Your real site changes when you click the Publish button at the top of the chat. So you can gather up several changes and put them online in one go, whenever it suits you.

Your site is up to date.
You: Hi Paige, can you update our Saturday hours to 9am to 1pm?
Paige: Sure. Here's how it would look. Can you check it's right?

Paige: Noted. Nothing has changed on your site yet. Click Publish at the top whenever you're ready for it to go online.
Paige: Done, your site is online with the new hours.

Common questions

Is Paige a real person?
No, Paige is an AI assistant that understands plain language and gets your changes ready for you. There is a real person behind Paige, though: Sander. Whenever you get in touch, you always talk to me.
Do I need to know anything about websites or computers?
No. That's the entire point of Paige: everything happens through a normal conversation. If you can send a message, you can update your site.
Can Paige break my website?
When your site is built, we pick out together which pieces of text Paige may change: your hours, your contact details, your menu. The rest is off-limits - not the design, not the layout, not the structure. And nothing ever goes online without your approval.
What if Paige writes something wrong?
You see it before it goes online. Paige shows you every change first, in plain language, and you decide. If something is off, just say so: “no, it’s 1pm, not 2pm”. Paige adjusts it and shows you again. Nothing ends up on your site that you haven’t read first.
Does Paige make things up?
Paige works with what you say and with what is already on your site. When in doubt, Paige simply asks you. And because you see every change first, nothing goes online that you haven't read.
What if I approve something by mistake?
It still isn't online: approving only saves the change to your preview version. Tell Paige “undo that” and it goes back to the way it is on your site. If you've already published, just ask Paige to change it back, like any other change.
How fast does a change go live?
Paige usually needs a few moments to prepare your change. After that you set the pace: once you click Publish, your site is updated a few minutes later. No waiting on a developer or agency.
Is there a limit to how much I can ask Paige to do?
Each plan includes a monthly number of changes, so it fits how often your site actually changes. If you reach that number, you can still chat and ask questions; new changes simply wait until the first of the next month. See the Pricing page for details.
What should I not send to Paige?
Everything you ask Paige is meant for your public website. So don't send patient records, customer files, passwords or bank details. They don't belong on your site, so they don't belong in the conversation either.
How do I log in?
There's no password to remember. Click “Client login” at the top of this site, type your email address, and you'll get an email with a link straight away. Click the link and you're in the chat. The link works for fifteen minutes; after that you simply ask for a new one.
